Responsibilities

  1. Fulfill assigned production task/role
  2. Cross-train to take on added responsibilities
  3. Follow all sanitation and food safety protocols for produce, containers, finished products, and kitchen/equipment; ensure that all requirements are followed
  4. Maintain high level of productivity and efficiency
  5. Minimize product waste/scrap
  6. Responsible for Quality Control on each production run
  7. Take full ownership of production output and escalate any concerns; have a ‘can do’ mentality

 

 

 

Skills

  1. 3+ years in a food production environment
  2. Consistent and reliable; attention to detail
  3. Maintain high level of hygiene standards
  4. Food handlers permit required or obtained within 30 days of start date
  5. Strong PC experience and willingness to leverage new tools
